DELTA is the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services' (DBHDS) authentication and user management system which allows users to use the same credentials across multiple DBHDS applications.

DELTA is designed to allow supervisors to request user accounts and access to DBHDS applications, the account request will need to be approved by a security officer and DBHDS application access requests will need to be approved by local application administrators.

DELTA is also a tool for users to securely maintain their own account details.
